Summary         

 

I have over thirty-five years of solid work experience in corporate and mid-level management in the fields of Administrative, Banking, Mental Health, Insurance, and Legal.

 

The work consists of transcription services, typing manuscripts and creating data base mailings.  I am equipped for any type of work from writers, novelists, bankers, lawyers, real estate agents, court stenographers, private investigators, or psychological services.  My computer is set up for QuickBooks 2006, MS Word 2003, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Access as well as a direct DSL line for faster turnaround of email files and transcripts, and the latest Adobe 7.0 version. 

 

My greatest accomplishment was the typing of a manuscript called “The Nutcracker” that was published and am listed in the credits as “the most important player of the team and the book could not have been published without the dedication and hard work of this person.”

 

I have overseen and directed, finance, program development, quality assurance and compliance, human resources, and behavioral health services, for a profit-organization.  Was responsible for accounts payables, and payroll for administrative personnel with the Quick Books system.  Managerial duties consisted of monthly, quarterly and yearly production reports for a company. I am thoroughly trained in HIPAA regulations regarding Medicare/Medicaid/Aetna/Horizon BCBS billing procedures and guidelines.   

 

I worked for a large insurance company in various departments from Market Research to the Finance Department with thorough training in all areas of insurance.  My main responsibility was the monthly reports from the Finance Department and the complete typing of all manuals for the Market Research Department.  

 

I worked for a bank as a customer service manager creating all the new accounts and handled banking transactions for all the tellers, as well as checked balances for certain business accounts on a daily basis.
