The agreement for Administrative Services:

  • word processing at $1.50 pp - one to five pages - this includes corrections
  • typing of manuals, policy and procedures - $2.00 (charts, graphs, etc -$3.00 pp) 
  • typing of contracts/agreements - letter size $2.00 pp 
  • typing of contracts/agreements legal size (8/12 x 14") $3.00 pp (charts, graphs, etc) 
  • data entry (Excel) $5.00 (initial setup/formatting) - and $20.00 an hour to input data    into spreadsheets, updates, etc.
  • mailing list, labels ($5.00 set up, mail merge $20.00) input $20.00 an hour
  • financial services are $30.00 per hour for QuickBooks
  • transcription services $20.00 per hour (this includes corrections)
  • resumes, $20 for one page, $5 for each additional page
  • a minimum of $15 is billed for all tasks - unless otherwise agreed to
  •  a deposit (50%) required for work estimated over $50.00, or rush jobs prior to starting of the project as a downpayment 
  • "Rush" jobs  charged an additional $20.00 (priority service) in addition to the services provided.

We work with budget and time frames whenever necessary to meet your demands as this is the type of work we are most interested in pursuing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Business Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Please call if sending an email with an attachment for work that needs to be considered a "rush" or "priority" so we can assist you immediately. 

Same day service is considered "RUSH".  Extra fees are billed for rush jobs, Saturdays, after hours and weekends.

I accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks or company checks only.  I do not   accept credit cards.  You will receive an invoice for all services provided, as your receipt.    Please pay on time - when received - or in advance as stated above.
